How long does purchase delivery take?

Most purchases are delivered automatically within a few minutes. Reconnect to the server if your new rank does not appear immediately.

How do I access my VIP kit?

Use /kits in-game. Your available kit will appear once your rank is active and any wipe delay or personal cooldown has expired.

What happens when my monthly subscription expires?

Your VIP group, kit access, chat title, and related benefits are removed after the subscription expires.

What happens when a 3-month package expires?

Access remains active for the purchased duration and is removed after the package expires, unless the package is configured as a recurring subscription.

What does lifetime access mean?

Lifetime access applies for the operational lifetime of the American Force Proud 3X Rust server and the continued availability of the purchased rank.

Can package benefits change?

Yes. Kit contents, cooldowns, commands, permissions, and other benefits may be adjusted when necessary to maintain fair gameplay and server balance.

Can I transfer my VIP rank?

No. Packages are assigned to the account used during checkout and are non-transferable.

Can I upgrade to a higher rank?

Contact support before purchasing so the team can review your current package and available upgrade options.

Can higher VIP ranks claim every lower-rank kit?

No. Each rank is intended to receive its own designated VIP kit unless otherwise announced.

What happens after a refund or chargeback?

The associated rank and benefits may be removed. Chargebacks may also result in store restrictions.
