REFUND POLICY

Digital packages are generally delivered immediately and provide access to virtual ranks, permissions, kits, and other in-game benefits. Because these benefits may be used as soon as delivery occurs, purchases are normally considered final.

Refund Requests

Refund requests may be reviewed at the discretion of the American Force Proud 3X management team. Approval is not guaranteed.

Examples That May Be Reviewed

  • A verified duplicate purchase
  • A package delivered to the wrong account before any benefits were used
  • A purchase that could not be delivered because of a confirmed store or server error

Normally Not Eligible

  • Changing your mind after receiving or using the package
  • Being banned or disciplined for violating server rules
  • Disagreeing with a balance adjustment or package change
  • Failing to cancel a recurring subscription before renewal
  • Temporary downtime, maintenance, wipes, or plugin interruptions

Chargebacks

Please contact support before opening a chargeback. A chargeback may result in immediate removal of the purchased rank, loss of related benefits, and restriction from future store purchases.

How to Request Help

Join the AFP Discord and open a purchase-support ticket. Include your Steam64 ID, Tebex transaction ID, package name, and reason for the request.
