2. Disconnect and reconnect to the Rust server.
3. Use /kits to confirm whether your VIP kit is available.
4. Confirm that checkout used the correct Steam account.

Join the American Force Proud Discord and open a purchase-support ticket.

Please include:

• Your Steam64 ID
• Your Tebex transaction ID
• The exact package purchased
• The purchase date and approximate time
• A screenshot of the receipt when available

Do not initiate a chargeback before contacting support. Chargebacks may result in package removal and store restrictions.
