1. Package Delivery

Purchases are assigned to the Steam account used during checkout. Customers are responsible for entering the correct account information. Delivery is usually automatic but may occasionally require manual support.

2. Package Benefits

VIP ranks may include kits, permissions, chat titles, Discord roles, queue benefits, and other features. Benefits may be adjusted, replaced, or removed when necessary to maintain server balance, resolve abuse, comply with plugin changes, or support future server development.

3. Lifetime Packages

Lifetime access applies for the operational lifetime of the American Force Proud 3X Rust server and the continued availability of the purchased rank. Lifetime does not guarantee that every individual benefit will remain unchanged.

4. Subscriptions

Recurring packages remain active while billing is successful. Benefits may be removed after cancellation, expiration, failed renewal, refund, or chargeback.

5. Account Restrictions

Packages are non-transferable and may not be resold, shared, exchanged, or moved between accounts.

6. Server Rules

Purchasing a package does not exempt a player from server rules. VIP access may be suspended or removed for rule violations, exploitation, abuse, fraud, or attempts to disrupt the server.

7. Fraud and Chargebacks

Fraudulent payments, unauthorized transactions, or chargebacks may result in immediate removal of benefits, account restrictions, and denial of future purchases.

8. Server Availability

Temporary downtime, maintenance, wipes, plugin failures, updates, attacks, or technical issues do not automatically extend or replace package time.
